No packaging arrived all beat up.

This is the second time I have ordered from Toolstop, the first time they were 2 days late with the next day delivery, this time it came next day. This is the bit I didn't like. Couldn’t be bothered to box it and package the welding helmet correctly, they opened the welding helmet box and threw in the metal pair of locking pliers I also ordered. What a fantastic idea, having a metal pair of locking pliers knocking around against an LCD welding lense on the helmet. They didn't even package the welding helmet in a brown box, just opened the flimsy box it came it and threw in the locking pliers and taped it back up, stuck a DPD label on it and sent it out like this. Arrived with the box all beat up. What a poor show. Spent nearly £60 on this order so correct packaging would have been nice.

Poor. 'New' chainsaw advertised came in box that had been around scuttled etc. Suggesting a returned item. Inside safety bar was broken obvious to anyone checking the item. Promised replacement on return. Had to chase return giving courier tracker. Only to be told replacement not available.

One positive, funds returned quickly and replacement sourced from proactive supplier - new and unbroken!
